Utilities Superintendent

The Town of Monon Superintendent is responsible for water and waste water utilities (process, maintenance, reporting, etc.), street work (street repair, street signs, cleaning, snow removal, street sweeping, etc) and their operations. 

• Must have Water WT3 water treatment and DSM certification as well as a Waste Water Class II certification
• Is responsible for all utility required reporting - local, state and federal
• Is responsible for operation and maintenance of all equipment
• Is responsible for all utility personnel
• Is responsible for water and waste water utilities
• Is responsible for scheduling daily work activities
• Plans town and utility projects as necessary or required
• Handles citizens' complaints pertaining to utilities operations
