2020 Primary Election Voting Information
Visit voterinfo.whitecountyin.us to stay up to date on possible changes.
Vote-by-mail: Now through May 21, 2020
All voters may choose to vote by mail in the upcoming June 2nd Primary Election. To request a ballot-by-mail you will need to fill out an application at voterinfo.whitecountyin.us, indianavoters.com or call the Clerk's office at 574 583-1531. Please mail the application to White County Clerk, PO Box 350, Monticello or fax it to 574 583-1532 or e-mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the application is received and approved a ballot will immediately be mailed to you. All ballots must be received in the Clerk's office by NOON (12:00) TUESDAY, JUNE 2, 2020.
Travel Board: May 14 - June 1st at noon
A voter requesting a Travel Board to visit their residence because of illness, injury or confinement, may vote before a Traveling Board. Voters requesting a Travel Board can call the Clerk's office at 574 583-1531 to request an application and to schedule an appointment. The deadline to request a Travel Board is noon (12:00 pm) June 1, 2020.
Early In-person Voting:
Two locations: White County Courthouse, 110 N. Main St., Monticello; Brookston Federated Church, 202 S. Wood St., Brookston.
Tuesday May 26 - Friday May 29 from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday May 30 from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
Monday June 1 from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
Election Day Voting: Tuesday June 2, 2020 6:00 am - 6:00 pm
Four locations: White County Courthouse, 110 N. Main St., Monticello; CDC Resources, 5053 W. Norway Rd., Monticello; Twin Lakes High School, 300 S. 3rd St., Monticello; Brookston Federated Church, 202 S. Wood St., Brookston.
Due to the CDC social distancing requirements, voters may experience longer than normal wait time at the polls. Voters are encouraged to wear a mask when voting.
