Town of Monon offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill Payment
The Town of Monon is excited to announce that we are offering online bill payment. Simply click the red button to the right. We accept credit and debit cards!
Credit Card Payment can also be made at the Town Hall, on the PayGov.us website, or on your cell phone via the PayGov app available on the App Store and Google Play. Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted. Cards that are solely debit cards are not accepted. Monon's PLC number is 37038. You will need to use this number and know your Monon Utility account number and the amount you owe if paying on the PayGov.us website or your cell phone. A convenience fee of 3.0% will be assessed to each credit card transaction. (There is a minimum convenience fee of $1.00 for all transactions under $33.00.) Monon receives no money from the convenience fees. The fees go directly to PayGov.

Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address 422 Market Street. We accept cash, check, money orders and credit cards.
A secure drop box is conveniently located curbside at the Monon Town Hall for after-hour payments. It is recommended that cash not be put in the drop box. After-hour payments will be processed on the following business day.
